The right role for every partner
Investors: read-only
Grant the Viewer role and investors get a clear view of production, KPIs and portfolio performance — without any ability to change anything.
Service providers: technical
Technical Manager for O&M partners, Asset Manager for commercial ones — the role that fits the job, on exactly the plants and portfolios you choose.
Security contractors: network only
The Security Officer role reaches the network segments of the shared plant and that plant’s access log — and no production, performance or commercial data. Made for CCTV, alarm and perimeter contractors.
Resource by resource
Access is granted one resource at a time — a portfolio or a plant, with the role you pick for it. Nothing else in your organization becomes visible.
Capped delegation on the partner side
Only the partner’s organization admin gains access automatically. That admin passes it on inside their own team at or below the role you shared — member by member, each with a pause switch and its own expiry date. The Operator role is never shareable through a cooperation, and a partner can never pass your plants on to a third organization.
Nothing shared by default
A new cooperation starts with no permissions at all, and the platform flags it as such until you grant the first resource.
Extend secure device access to partners
When a partner needs to reach the actual devices, the same secure remote access applies: their VPN and browser-proxy routes follow exactly the plants and role you granted above. Pause or end the cooperation and access is re-checked on the spot: new requests — a new browser-proxy session included — are refused immediately, and standing VPN routes are cleared at the next reconciliation, within minutes. The routes themselves live on the Secure Remote Access side of the platform.
Frequently asked questions
How do I invite a partner organization?
You enter the email address of someone at the partner organization and pick the language of the invitation email. Both paths end with an explicit accept on the partner side: if that person already belongs to an organization on Mirox, you confirm the match in one step and an admin there accepts the request; if not, they receive an invitation and register first — completing the registration accepts the cooperation. Until then it stays pending and carries no access.
Can another organization add me without my consent?
No. A cooperation somebody else starts arrives as an incoming request that you accept or deny — and it carries no access until you grant it.
Can I give an investor view-only access?
Yes. Investors can be granted a read-only role that shows production and KPIs without any ability to make changes.
Can I limit a service provider to specific plants?
Yes. Access is granted per resource — exactly the plants or portfolios you share, each with the role you set. Everything else in your organization stays invisible.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You can pause or end a cooperation at any time. Permission checks stop new access immediately, and standing device remote-access routes are cleared at the next reconciliation, within minutes. Both the pause and the end are recorded in the audit trail.
Is partner access auditable?
Yes. Every cooperation and every access through it is recorded in the audit trail.
